Orders
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact Hastakshar before placing an order with us either by email at Hastaksharbyshivani@gmail.com or by post using the address given below.
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Hastakshar to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in the order.
Once an order has been placed we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received. This is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Hastakshar for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
Once your order has been dispatched, the completion of the contract between Hastakshar and yourself takes place. We cannot fulfill any obligations due to the following reasons:
•The product you ordered being out of stock
•Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
•The identification of a pricing or product description error
•Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the terms & conditions
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of Hastakshar either by email or by phone.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Contract Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if the processing hasn’t started yet. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order processing, please contact us at Hastaksharbyshivani@gmail.com . If your order is already in the process of making, please follow the procedure set out in the Returns Policy.
Payment
Payment for all orders is at the point of dispatch. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus cost of delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non- delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for the reason of our withdrawing any product from
this website whether or not that product has been sold.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under law you must:
•Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
•Be over 18 years of age
•Stipulate a delivery address.
•Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to our checkout provider (upi)
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorize us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorize individual purchase transactions.
Postage
Shipping rates are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and will be calculated and applied automatically at the checkout. Basic shipping rates on order start at Rs.50 and might vary according to your location.
Please allow 7- 10 working days for your order to be delivered. In the case of a custom product you’ll be informed about the working days we require to process your goods.
These delivery estimates are for India only, please allow additional days for islands and overseas.
You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to alter or change our delivery service at any time.

Shipping Abroad
If you require delivery outside of India, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide you with an accurate quote for shipping cost.

Shipping Policy
Shipping
Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.,Orders once put in processing, cannot be canceled. We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners. All orders above INR 2000 qualify for free shipping.
Head over to your mails to keep an eye on your package. We’ll drop in a mail with the details shortly after your order is placed and with the processing details time to time..
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner’s website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. Should you have any questions about your order dispatch, you can email us at Hastaksharbyshivani@gmail.com or whatsapp us. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST.
Our delivery partners will try thrice, then it’ll come back to us and your order will stand canceled, Please ensure you provide the complete and accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
For shipping in India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa and American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, and UPI transfers. We do not give the option of Cash on Delivery as we work on a custom product basis.
Return & Refund
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package.
If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at Hastaksharbyshivani@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.
If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’d be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.
Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will contact you for further information within 7-10 business days.
If you find that the package has been tampered, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery).
Follow the steps given below to initiate return:
Step 1:
To return your shipment please go to your mail and drop us a mail giving details about the defective product you received.
Step 2:
In case we find your issue to be a cause of concern we would provide the required help to modulate the product for which you l have to send it to our workshop. (In case we find the defective product complain faulty the product won’t be returned. Please note that in handmade products a little variation occurs in every product can be color, form, pattern, etc which is not considered a defect.)
Step 3:
We will arrange for a pick up from the same address within 4-5 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and barcodes, invoice slips are intact.
Step 4:
Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will process the product for modulation and send it back to the given address. In case of any, refund shall be made through the original payment mode. Once, we receive the refund request, we shall process the refund within 7 business days. As applicable from case to case.
